About ABA Pathways
We are a currently a team of 4 behaviour analysts, including BCBAs and RBTs, with a
combined 54 years’ experience working in special educational needs, specialising in teaching
children and young adults with diagnoses of autism, related communication impairments and
challenging behaviours.
We are passionate about using the science of Applied Behaviour Analysis, with an emphasis
on Positive Behaviour Support and person-centred strategies, to create meaningful impacts in
the lives of all those that we work with.

About The Role
Job Purpose:
To provide excellent ABA teaching to children and young people with autism and associated
learning difficulties. To support the ABA Supervisors and ABA Consultants in ensuring the
daily needs of our clients are met in a professional, competent, safe environment. To follow
the principles of ABA to enable the client to access learning in a way that allows them to
learn new skills at their own pace.
Duties Will Include:
- To develop and maintain a positive and motivating relationship with the learner.
- To implement strategies and targets as outlined by the BCBA Consultants.
- To deliver academic targets in 1:1 setting based on the targets as outlined by the
BCBA. - To prepare fun, engaging and motivating 1:1 and small group activities to develop
social communication and peer interaction. - To work collaboratively with the ABA Team and family to share ideas and feedback on
sessions. - To collect data on a daily basis as evidence of learning.
- To file, prepare and maintain data recording sheets.
